Job Overview

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead and oversee pivotal activities related to a critical task order. This position requires a proactive leader who will ensure the successful execution of projects, manage dynamic teams, and foster collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume complete ownership of the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to optimize manpower utilization effectively.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors to advocate Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors every month.
• Drive initiatives aimed at transforming and consolidating systems to enhance efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold rigorous standards across all deliverables.
• Communicate with clarity and effectiveness through both written and verbal channels to align team and client objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective idea conveyance to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in coordinating teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Proven experience within quality assurance frameworks for comparable projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of similar size and complexity.
• Hands-on experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing performance-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with systems catering to large user bases and operational requirements.
