Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete ownership of the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors to implement Agile methodologies effectively.
- Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors each month.
- Initiate and lead efforts to transform and consolidate systems, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold rigorous standards across all deliverables.
- Convey clear and effective communication through both written and oral channels to align with team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in quality assurance frameworks.
- Proficiency in coordinating and managing diverse teams for seamless project execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Practical experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing performance-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of systems that cater to large user bases and operational requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
