Remote Business Analyst/Project Manager | WFH

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager/Business Analyst to become a pivotal part of our dynamic remote team. This contract position requires U.S. Citizenship and involves steering multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee a diverse range of projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including application development, IT operations, and information security, to drive project success.
• Engage with subject matter experts to formulate and manage user acceptance test (UAT) plans, while supervising UAT execution.
• Document changes, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, while continuously seeking process optimization opportunities.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for all requirements and project modifications, keeping all stakeholders informed.

• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, with effective prioritization.
• Expertise in transforming conceptual requirements into clear business and functional specifications.

• Skilled at facilitating discussions aimed at enhancing end-to-end business functions.
• Familiarity with managing projects through all development stages, from analysis to implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• A degree or certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software or systems development lifecycles is preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly Rate: \(35.00 - \)40.00 per hour
