Remote Public Cloud Project Manager - WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Cloud Project Manager to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely delivery of projects and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and resource allocations
• Proactively identify and mitigate critical technical and project risks
• Foster a customer-centric approach by collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes
• Support contract negotiations and the formulation of statements of work (SoWs) and responses to RFI/RFPs
• Conduct regular status meetings and offer strategic direction during business reviews with clients
• Manage timelines for essential third-party project deliverables
• Coordinate engineering requests across the organization, outside of existing contracts
• Promote the implementation of suitable technologies aligned with client requirements
  
  

Required Skills

• Established experience as a project manager in software development, IT programs, or as a scrum master within the cloud sector
• Profound knowledge of Linux, open-source technologies, and public cloud frameworks
• Familiarity with software engineering principles
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field
• PMI or equivalent certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are considered advantageous
• Comprehensive project management experience throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Proven success in delivering global projects remotely
