Remote SEM Specialist | WFH Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated SEM Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing international Paid Search and Shopping campaigns, collaborating with various internal teams to enhance customer acquisition and propel our eCommerce growth. This position is ideal for individuals with a profound knowledge of search engine marketing, meticulous attention to detail, and a strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee global Paid Search and Shopping campaigns aimed at achieving significant results.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to attract customers through paid search, shopping, and additional digital marketing channels.
• Identify and cultivate effective target keywords and placements to drive eCommerce expansion.
• Ensure cohesion between search engine initiatives and overarching digital marketing strategies, including social media, marketplaces, affiliates, and email.
• Manage budgets for each search engine, utilizing data-driven insights to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
• Articulate knowledge regarding KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CVR, conversions, impression share, and ROAS.
• Present search engine strategies, performance metrics, and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including executives and marketing teams.
• Foster relationships with key partners, notably Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  
  

Required Skills

• Profound enthusiasm for all dimensions of search engine marketing, encompassing Paid Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, facilitating collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Excel (skill assessment will be conducted).
• Google Ads certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is advantageous.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) complemented by hands-on experience in managing Paid Search and Shopping campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging search engine marketing strategies to drive eCommerce growth.
