Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the complete development life cycle by designing, building, and implementing new services, ensuring the delivery of clean, sophisticated, and well-tested code.
- Create reusable libraries and frameworks that enhance development efficiency and provide significant value.
- Collaborate with product teams, participating in stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives to foster an engineering culture that prioritizes simple yet impactful solutions.
- Assume ownership of the full stack, covering server and database development, API integrations, and user interface implementation.
- Drive innovation and scalability by automating existing services and contributing original ideas to the team's vision.
- Extensive Frontend Expertise: Strong command of React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and DrizzleORM.
- Backend Proficiency: Familiarity with Rust, MySQL, and Node.js is highly regarded.
- Independent & Resourceful: Capability to work autonomously, managing significant portions of the codebase and owning entire projects.
