Remote Senior Software Engineer - Front-End

Key Responsibilities

• Full Development Cycle: Design, develop, and deploy new services while writing clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code utilizing advanced technologies.
• Library & Framework Development: Create reusable libraries and frameworks to enhance our development efficiency and deliver substantial value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product teams, engage in stand-ups, conduct code reviews, and participate in retrospectives to foster an engineering culture dedicated to delivering straightforward, high-impact solutions.
• Comprehensive Stack Ownership: As a versatile engineer, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire stack, from server-side and database development to API integrations and frontend UI design.
• Innovation and Scalability: Assist in the scaling and automation of existing services while providing fresh perspectives to drive new innovations. Your input will have a direct influence on product strategy and developmental processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• Frontend Proficiency: Expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and DrizzleORM.
• Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with Rust, MySQL, and Node.js is highly regarded.
• Independent Problem Solver: Comfortable managing substantial codebase areas and taking the helm of entire projects.
• Experience with Commercial Products: Previous engagement in the development and scaling of paid products and services is advantageous.
• Effective Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate technical challenges, solutions, and timelines to both technical and non-technical audiences.
