Key Responsibilities
- Offer legal and administrative assistance for debt and tax equity financings related to utility-scale energy storage and solar projects.
- Collaborate with internal finance counsel and commercial finance teams to prepare and finalize project and corporate financings, including managing data rooms and drafting crucial documents.
- Enhance internal transaction processes and refine ancillary document templates to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with post-closing financing obligations and oversee corporate guarantees and representation and warranty confirmations throughout the organization.
- Prepare and revise various transactional and corporate governance documents (e.g., resolutions, certificates, operating agreements) under attorney supervision.
- Support the documentation and filings required for external counsel engagement, invoice approvals, and vendor onboarding.
- Provide general transactional, administrative, and organizational assistance as necessary across the team.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal, law clerk, or contract management role, emphasizing renewable energy project financings.
- Strong capacity to engage with all levels of the corporate hierarchy, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced and high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in essential software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
