You will oversee cross-functional teams, facilitate business process reengineering, and support clients in navigating extensive change management processes aimed at optimizing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct organizational change management and process improvement initiatives across various departments and projects to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating project objectives, progress, and any challenges encountered.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies that include readiness assessments, communication plans, human capital evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions that optimize performance.
- Manage a diverse team of consultants, analysts, and program personnel, ensuring the timely achievement of project objectives and milestones.
- Assess potential risks and create strategies for mitigation to facilitate seamless execution of process improvements.
- Encourage a culture of continuous enhancement by pinpointing ongoing opportunities for refining business processes.
- Oversee contract management and ensure adherence to federal requirements and deliverables.
- Act as the main liaison for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale OCM initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) techniques and tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management proficiency.
- Adept at identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in organizational transformations and process enhancement projects.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Clearance: Public Trust clearance or the capability to secure one.
- Proven experience working with federal agencies, particularly in organizational change and process optimization.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies for process improvement.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.
- A minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with a focus on organizational change management and process improvement, ideally within the public sector.
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is essential; Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certifications are highly regarded. PMP or PgMP certification is also mandatory.
