Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Direct and manage OCM and process improvement programs across various projects and departments, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, facilitating clear communication regarding project objectives, progress, and challenges encountered.
- Change Management Strategy: Formulate and execute thorough change management plans that include readiness assessments, communication strategies, human capital evaluations, and training programs.
- Process Improvement: Examine existing client processes to uncover inefficiencies and create effective solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of consultants, analysts, and program staff, ensuring timely completion of program goals and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to guarantee seamless execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by identifying continuous opportunities for refining business processes.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to federal requirements and deliverables.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, particularly in OCM and process improvement initiatives, preferably within the federal government or public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is mandatory.
- Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certifications are highly desirable.
- PMP or PgMP certification is essential.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale OCM initiatives.
- Profound understanding of business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to organizational changes and process improvement programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Possession of Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Experience working with federal agencies, particularly in organizational transformations and process optimization.
- Practical experience with Lean Six Sigma or comparable process improvement methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required.
