Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Guide and manage OCM and process improvement programs across various departments and projects, ensuring they align with overarching business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, communicating project aspirations, progress, and hurdles effectively.
- Change Management Strategy: Formulate and execute detailed change management plans, encompassing readiness assessments, communication paths, human capital evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Examine existing client processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and devise solutions to boost operational performance.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of consultants, analysts, and program personnel, ensuring the timely achievement of program objectives and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to guarantee the seamless execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement by recognizing persistent opportunities for refining business processes.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract implementation and ensure adherence to federal contract stipulations and deliverables.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale OCM initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in organizational changes and process improvement projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Clearance: Public Trust clearance or the capacity to obtain one.
- Experience with federal agencies, particularly in organizational transformations and process optimization.
- Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma or comparable process improvement methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required.
- Minimum of 10 years in program management with a concentration on organizational change management and process improvement initiatives, preferably within the federal government or public sector.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree in business, organizational development, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is essential. Prosci, CCMP, or other Change Management certifications are highly regarded. PMP or PgMP certification is also required.
