Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Direct and oversee OCM and process improvement initiatives across various departments and projects, ensuring they align with overarching business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, effectively communicating project objectives, progress updates, and challenges encountered.
- Change Management Strategy: Formulate and execute detailed change management plans, including readiness assessments, communication frameworks, human capital evaluations, and training programs.
- Process Improvement: Conduct thorough analyses of existing client processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and architect solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of consultants, analysts, and program personnel, ensuring the timely achievement of program milestones and objectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and design effective mitigation strategies to guarantee the successful execution of process improvement projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by consistently identifying opportunities to refine business processes.
- Contract Management: Supervise contract implementation, ensuring adherence to federal contract stipulations and deliverables.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale OCM initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and exemplary communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within organizational changes and process improvement projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Prior experience collaborating with federal agencies on organizational transformations and process optimization.
- Practical expertise in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with a significant emphasis on organizational change management and process improvement, ideally within the federal government or public sector.
- Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is mandatory. Prosci, CCMP, or other Change Management certifications are highly advantageous. PMP or PgMP certification is also required.
