Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of utility-scale Solar PV projects, from preliminary planning and design to implementation and final delivery.
- Act as the principal client liaison, nurturing long-term relationships and guaranteeing client satisfaction at senior levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers and designers, assisting them in the design process and effectively utilizing PVSyst and other modeling software.
- Strategically manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate intensively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client and organizational goals.
- Provide thought leadership within the renewable energy sector, contributing to Solar, Wind, and BESS initiatives and disseminating best practices across teams.
- Identify and address project risks, offering innovative solutions to the challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in managing utility-scale Solar PV projects with a successful outcomes track record.
- Strong client engagement skills, adept at managing high-level client relationships across various projects.
- Proficiency in PVSyst and other Solar PV modeling software.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing technical teams.
