We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead and manage large-scale Solar PV projects throughout the United States. This pivotal role demands a combination of adept project management and client interaction skills, ensuring the effective execution and successful completion of projects. In this capacity, you will lead a proficient team of engineers and designers, leveraging your expertise in PVSyst and other modeling software to deliver exceptional power generation solutions. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving renewable energy initiatives, contributing to projects across Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of utility-scale Solar PV projects, from initial planning and design to implementation and final delivery.
- Act as the principal client liaison, nurturing enduring relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and designers, guiding them through the design process and enhancing their proficiency with PVSyst and other advanced modeling tools.
- Strategically manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet established deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with client and organizational goals.
- Provide thought leadership within the renewable energy sector, contributing insights on Solar, Wind, and BESS initiatives, and sharing best practices across teams.
- Identify potential project risks and devise innovative solutions to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
