Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop novel algorithms for the exploitation of remote sensor data.
- Exhibit proficiency in Python and C , emphasizing strong software design and architectural skills.
- Construct proof-of-concept tools for signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation utilizing Python.
- Enhance machine learning, modeling, and simulation tools established in Python.
- Assess the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
- Collaborate within an Agile team environment, contributing to shared development tools.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
- Demonstrated expertise in Python and C .
- Strong capabilities in software design and architecture.
- Experience in signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with C , Python, and Linux operating systems (educational background may substitute for some experience).
- Prior experience working with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other remote sensing data.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.
- Strong attention to detail.
