Key Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure the product’s success across the organization.
- Utilize your expertise in IT automation to oversee the development and improvement of innovative solutions, such as Job Scheduling and Workload Automation.
- Spearhead product launches and manage the deployment of new products and enhancements, incorporating both SaaS and private cloud offerings.
- Articulate the business value of the product suite to various stakeholders, ranging from executives to end-users.
- Operate within an Agile development framework, collecting insights from customers, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape product requirements.
- Leverage your knowledge of contemporary IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies and DevOps, while valuing the relevance of legacy systems.
- Stay informed and passionate about emerging technologies, including AI/ML and containerization.
- Interact with customers in various contexts, from small group discussions to larger conferences, delivering impactful presentations.
- Address challenging customer scenarios and collaborate on effective resolutions to escalations.
- Contribute to sales strategies by understanding buyer personas and performing competitive analytics.
- Play a strategic part in defining the product roadmap, identifying avenues for innovation and progress within the product portfolio.
- Exhibit flexibility and openness to occasional travel, up to 25%, primarily across North America, with some international opportunities.
- Substantial experience in an enterprise software setting, demonstrating a successful track record of collaboration across diverse business areas.
- Strong expertise in IT automation solutions, complemented by experience in Product Management or a similar senior role.
- Proven history of launching new products and overseeing product updates within both SaaS and private cloud domains.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to present product value effectively to a wide array of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proactive approach in defining product requirements.
- Solid grasp of modern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, DevOps, and data management technologies.
- Enthusiasm for keeping abreast of the latest technological advancements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective customer engagement and presentation at events.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and the capability to navigate customer escalations efficiently.
- Insight into the sales lifecycle associated with complex IT management solutions, including understanding buyer personas and competitive landscapes.
- Aptitude for influencing strategic product decisions and positioning.
