- Lead the strategic direction of a product area within the Core Experience ecosystem, ensuring alignment with our vision for outstanding fan experiences.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, copywriters, and data scientists, to maintain a customer-focused approach to product development.
- Cultivate an innovative atmosphere, encouraging team members to contribute creative ideas for new features and enhancements.
- Develop and oversee product roadmaps that harmonize immediate improvements with long-term goals.
- Establish prioritization frameworks for features, considering business value, complexity, and experimentation methodologies.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to derive insights that inform decision-making and validate product assumptions.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the product's technical architecture, serving as a valuable resource for your team in technical matters.
