Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of a product area within the Core Experience ecosystem, ensuring alignment with our vision for outstanding fan experiences.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, copywriters, and data scientists, to maintain a customer-focused approach to product development.
• Cultivate an innovative atmosphere, encouraging team members to contribute creative ideas for new features and enhancements.
• Develop and oversee product roadmaps that harmonize immediate improvements with long-term goals.
• Establish prioritization frameworks for features, considering business value, complexity, and experimentation methodologies.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to derive insights that inform decision-making and validate product assumptions.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the product's technical architecture, serving as a valuable resource for your team in technical matters.
• Leverage your e-commerce experience to drive performance metrics in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment.
