Job Overview

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, you will be instrumental in defining our business trajectory. Reporting directly to the CEO, your leadership will drive revenue enhancement, elevate brand visibility, and reinforce our market leadership. This remote position presents an exceptional opportunity to guide our marketing team while collaborating closely with vital business sectors such as Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You will spearhead the development of a robust marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team and across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy to fuel company growth in brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness and refine strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Manage marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and facilitating seamless execution. Collaborate with the RevOps team to enhance lead routing and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Uphold the integrity of the company brand, ensuring consistent and authentic messaging across all customer interactions.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives and customer engagement strategies, converting prospects into loyal clients through effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure pipeline alignment and support revenue objectives.
  • Create and nurture a customer advocacy program, leveraging success stories and testimonials to amplify brand messaging and foster community loyalty.
  • Develop strategic marketing programs for partner success and explore co-marketing initiatives with the partnerships team.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring effective positioning and collaboration across business functions.
  • Define content themes and direct content strategy to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Plan and execute annual customer events and conferences to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts to enhance market recognition and credibility while leading competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in executive-level B2B marketing roles, particularly within rapidly growing SaaS organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and content marketing, including expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
  • A strong collaborative mindset, capable of building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • A hands-on leadership approach, ready to engage in day-to-day execution as needed.
  • Proficiency in crafting and articulating a compelling brand narrative that aligns with the company's mission, especially in enterprise markets.
  • A growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and evolve alongside the company while leading a high-impact team.
  • A natural curiosity for data analysis and market research to continuously improve marketing processes.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in executive-level B2B marketing roles, ideally in fast-paced SaaS environments. Experience in the cybersecurity sector is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years in marketing roles, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Base Salary: \(250,000 - \)275,000 performance-based variable compensation
