- Provide strategic tax advisory services, addressing a diverse range of tax matters such as 1065s, 1031 exchanges, special allocations, and cost segregation studies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Engage with clients directly and contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm.
- Active CPA license.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in public accounting, with a specialization in real estate and construction clients.
- Proficient in examining complex tax returns encompassing partnerships, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and adept time management.
- Familiarity with tax software, particularly CCH Axcess & Engagement, is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- A proven track record in public accounting with a focus on tax issues relevant to real estate and construction.
