Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for multiple clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless project coordination.
- Oversee various projects, including marketing initiatives, website updates, and social media management.
- Uphold high standards of client service, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Generate and share daily and weekly reports with clients, providing insights on progress and important metrics.
- Maintain accurate tracking of time spent on tasks to ensure efficiency and transparency.
- Participate in team and strategy meetings while leading client meetings to foster alignment and clarity.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
