Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on our advanced software solutions and provide training through various channels, including remote and in-person sessions.
• Anticipate travel commitments of approximately 50%, allowing you to engage with clients globally.
• Collaborate on the creation and launch of new product lines, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
• Oversee enhancement and bug fix lists to ensure the software’s optimal performance, including testing new versions.
• Participate in database development with a focus on laser applications, strengthening our software architecture.
• Articulate technical concepts clearly to customers, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
• Develop useful training materials and knowledge base articles to empower client self-sufficiency.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase our technology to prospective clients.
• Collaborate across departments to guarantee timely delivery of products that meet client specifications.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and enhance our offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, fostering connections and sharing insights.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational abilities and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
• Understanding of G&M code is essential.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS) is preferred.
• Experience with laser cutting machinery is highly desirable, with bonus points for hands-on experience in cleaning and changing laser cutting heads.
  
  

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree in a related field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment and material handling systems is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
