Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and technical support for machine operation, process enhancement, and CAD/CAM programming software, both remotely and on-site.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time (or as needed) to assist clients effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and introduce new product lines.
- Maintain enhancement and bug fix lists, and conduct thorough software testing post-updates.
- Create and manage database parameters specifically for laser applications.
- Foster effective communication with customers to ensure a seamless and productive experience.
- Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to support customers.
- Conduct demonstrations of software and equipment for prospective customers.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure timely product delivery in alignment with customer expectations.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong relationships across teams.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry-related events.
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Advanced understanding of G&M code.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS.
- Experience with CNC equipment and material handling systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on multiple projects.
