Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and upkeep of CyberArk PAS infrastructure.
- Implement and configure essential CyberArk components such as Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
- Guarantee password rotation and the security of shared accounts.
- Enforce best practices for privileged access management (PAM) to protect critical data and systems.
- Provide advanced support for CyberArk PAS-related challenges, addressing performance, access, or configuration issues.
- Onboard and oversee privileged accounts within CyberArk, ensuring seamless automation workflows between CyberArk and SailPoint.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and best practices while generating reports on privileged access usage and compliance.
- Carry out regular updates and apply necessary security patches to CyberArk components.
- Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and network teams to integrate CyberArk with other security solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on CyberArk operations and best practices.
- Integrate various platforms, including LDAP, Active Directory, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, and Databases into the CyberArk ecosystem.
- A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in deploying and managing CyberArk in large-scale settings.
- Proficiency in best practices for PAM platforms, particularly CyberArk.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems.
- Expertise in managing privileged accounts on Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
- Well-versed in information security, IAM, and frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Knowledgeable about compliance standards including SOX.
- Capability to automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration purposes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing security policies and best practices in PAM.
- Experience in an Agile work environment is preferred but not mandatory.
