Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legal and administrative support for debt and tax equity financings pertinent to utility-scale energy storage and solar initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal finance counsel and commercial finance teams to facilitate the preparation and closing of both project and corporate financings. This includes managing data rooms, drafting and reviewing ancillary documents, updating closing checklists, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Enhance the efficiency of internal transaction processes and improve templates for ancillary documents to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Assist in tracking post-closing obligations and ensure compliance with corporate guarantees and representation and warranty confirmations across the organization.
- Prepare and maintain various transactional and corporate governance documents under attorney supervision, including resolutions, certificates, and operating agreements.
- Support documentation and filings related to the engagement of external counsel, invoice approvals, and vendor onboarding.
- Provide general transactional, administrative, and organizational assistance for the team as needed.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal, law clerk, or contract management role, with a concentration in renewable energy project financing.
- Strong capabilities in engaging with all levels of the corporate hierarchy while effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills underscored by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work constructively with diverse stakeholders.
- A steadfast commitment to ethical standards and integrity.

- A bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent certification) is mandatory.
