Senior Product Manager - Remote (U.S.) | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and involves direct reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Formulate and express an inspiring product vision and strategic roadmap that aligns with our organizational goals and addresses customer needs.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to keep abreast of customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Transform strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives and long-term plans.
• Establish and maintain clear communication and collaborative processes within the product team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations—to ensure seamless product development and execution.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and specifications to development, launch, and iteration.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives informed by market data, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Track key performance metrics to assess product launch success and make necessary strategic adjustments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
• Gather and analyze feedback from various sources to guide product enhancements and uncover future opportunities.
• Manage product allocation efficiently and identify avenues for cost savings, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in product management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing product strategies in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha! is advantageous.
