Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer and Technical Lead to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical and software project management efforts across various programs and workstreams.
• Define clear project requirements and ensure the timely delivery of dependable technologies and tools tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to provide strategic insights that inform project direction.
• Maintain oversight of technical projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide your team in delivering high-quality solutions that support broader business objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software or technical project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership within Agile environments.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering project requirements successfully.
• Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology pertinent to big-data solutions.
• Current Top Secret security clearance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical project management role, or 9 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• DoD 8570 Certification such as CompTIA Security .
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Lead Architect, or Lead Business Analyst is advantageous.
• Prior experience leading technical teams in implementing enterprise applications is preferred.
