Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee key product lines, ensuring they align with market needs and strategic objectives.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in high-performance networking technologies, including Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and RoCE, particularly in low-latency, high-reliability sensor processing applications.
- Manage PCI Express switching topologies and configurations effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, and customers to develop successful product strategies and gather essential requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, representing the organization in external engagements.
- Develop and generate technical documentation, including network and data flow architecture diagrams.

- In-depth technical knowledge of high-performance networking technologies, including RoCE, Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), PCI Express, and data fabric architecture.

- Hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
