Key Responsibilities
- Oversee servicing assignments for commercial real estate finance clients, including loan origination and detailed securitization due diligence.
- Critically evaluate, analyze, and interpret legal documentation related to loan servicing and commercial real estate finance.
- Collaborate with attorneys across various office locations to ensure a consistent and seamless client experience.
- Leverage legal software tools while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Participate in impactful projects within a dynamic and fast-paced setting, demonstrating strong organizational and communication capabilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required), with consideration for licenses in Virginia, Florida, or North Carolina.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, particularly in securitized servicing (CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), loan origination, and due diligence.
- Familiarity with securities law and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a penchant for collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed in Pennsylvania (required); other state licenses will be considered.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, including relevant areas such as securitized servicing and loan origination.
