A growing boutique law firm in the Pittsburgh, PA area is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Real Estate Finance team. This role focuses on securitized servicing, loan origination, and securitization due diligence.
The firm offers a flexible hybrid work environment with remote options available for exceptional candidates. While proximity to the Pittsburgh office is preferred, outstanding candidates from other regions will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage servicing tasks for commercial real estate finance clients, including loan origination and securitization due diligence.
- Review, analyze, and interpret legal documents related to loan servicing, securitization, and commercial real estate finance.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple office locations to deliver seamless and consistent client service.
