Compensation:
The sky is the limit on earnings and the market is HOT. Now is the perfect time to get into Real Estate! Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, its not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $50,000 - $250,000 / year or more. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

Responsibilities:

· Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and online marketing.

· Conduct property tours and provide clients with detailed information about available listings.

· Assist clients in the buying and selling home process, offering expert advice and guidance.

· Negotiate and draft contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.

· Collaborate with other team members, including agents, brokers, and marketing professionals, to maximize sales opportunities.

· Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry developments.

· Maintain a strong client database and foster long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Qualifications:

· Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in PA

· If you do not currently hold a license, schedule an interview, and learn how to start your classes and be licensed. You can be licensed in just a few weeks!

· Must be 18 yrs or older and have a high school diploma.

· Must be able to pass a background check.

· Must have a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and systems.

· Customer Service or Real Estate Background Sales preferred.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

· Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and online marketing platforms. Participate in Howard Hanna’s industry leading training.

· Knowledge of local market conditions and neighborhoods.

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
