- Conducting thorough legal research and producing high-quality written work
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex trusts, estates, and guardianship cases
- Exceptional research and writing capabilities
- Strong ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building client and colleague relationships
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house capacity within the wealth management sector
- Active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
