Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases independently from inception to resolution, including complex legal issues.
- Develop comprehensive discovery plans, conduct depositions, and oversee document-intensive cases.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions effectively.
- Prepare cases thoroughly for trial.
- Deliver exceptional legal counsel and service to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Must hold a valid attorney license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, or complex civil litigation.
- Experience in construction or real estate law is highly desirable.
- Strong academic credentials are essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic, a commitment to advocacy, and a dedication to achieving optimal client outcomes.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
