- Take ownership of cases and manage them independently while addressing intricate legal challenges.
- Develop structured discovery plans, and proficiently take and defend depositions.
- Navigate document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.
- Strong academic background and a desire to cultivate an extraordinary career.
- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
- A solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy.
- Experience in construction defect and/or construction and real estate law is advantageous.
- California Bar License.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
