In this role, you will have the unique chance to design and implement our real estate strategy, which is vital for establishing new clinic locations and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive real estate planning by collaborating with the strategy and finance teams to identify and propose potential locations for expansion over the next three years.
- Engage with local brokers, landlords, and property management to negotiate and finalize advantageous Letters of Intent (LOIs) and leases, ensuring timely execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational maintenance and management needs for newly established locations.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration post-lease execution to ensure timely readiness of locations, managing buildouts, tenant improvements, permitting, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) needs.
- Implement initiatives designed to enhance organizational processes and recommend innovative tools and technologies to optimize real estate operations.
- Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and demographic data to guide site selection decisions and adjust the property portfolio accordingly.
- Proficient analytical skills with a strong foundation in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities for lease agreements.
- Strong presentation skills, enabling the crafting of persuasive narratives and compelling value propositions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve tight timelines and deliverables.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for influencing and inspiring colleagues.
- A genuine passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health services for children and their families.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a corporate real estate function.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a preference for candidates having both brokerage and corporate experience.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-state healthcare environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations regarding healthcare facility placement.

Compensation And Benefits
- The annual base salary for this role ranges from \(123,000 to \)150,000, reflecting our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation.
