Join our dedicated team as a Therapist - In Training within our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on families in their communities, helping them navigate challenges and foster healthier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings, to accommodate the needs of families.
- Engage in comprehensive training in the FCT model, with the aim to achieve Level 1 Certification within 12 months.
- Deliver direct clinical treatment to assigned families, adhering to fidelity standards for treatment intensity.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate with community partners and key individuals to provide coordinated care.
- Participate in a rotating 24⁄7 caregiver coaching support system (1-2 weekends per quarter).
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evening hours.
- Experience in delivering clinical treatment and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with community partners.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (with a concentration in Mental Health), Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Relevant practicum experience pertaining to the services we provide.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility for relevant licensure in your professional field.
