Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evening hours, to accommodate the needs of families.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model and its four treatment phases, with comprehensive training provided.
- Deliver direct clinical services to families, adhering to established FCT methodologies.
- Ensure meticulous and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate effectively with community partners and key stakeholders to provide holistic support to families.
- Engage in weekly supervision sessions, contributing to a collegial and encouraging work atmosphere.
- Participate in a rotating on-call system to offer guidance to families during weekends (approximately 1-2 weekends per quarter).
- Strong clinical skills in therapy and counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the diverse needs of families.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records using Electronic Health Record systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with community partners.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Relevant experience acquired during your degree program related to our service offerings.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility for licensure in your professional field within the state.
