Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of maintenance personnel and subcontractors, ensuring efficient scheduling of repairs and maintenance operations.
• Lead office staff in marketing strategies, tenant screening processes, and achieving occupancy and rental targets.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage costs effectively across all operational areas and collaborate with legal counsel concerning tenant matters.
• Spearhead acquisitions and sales initiatives to enhance profitability.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven customer service aptitude and problem-solving proficiency.
• General knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.
• Effective decision-making skills and marketing expertise.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager role within property management.
• At least 5 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
• 3 years of experience in property management, project management, and maintenance oversight.
• Strong financial reporting experience, preferably with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with payroll and HR functions is advantageous.
