Position Overview
We are currently in search of a dedicated and driven Assistant Media Planner / Buyer to assist in the daily operations of various client accounts. If you possess a curious mind, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for advertising, we would be eager to connect with you!
This position is based in our New York office and is not eligible for remote work, though we offer a hybrid work model that accommodates both in-office and remote activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Planners / Buyers and Supervisors to formulate media plans.
- Engage in team brainstorming sessions for media planning and partner consideration sets.
- Aid in the creation and presentation of media campaign materials, including plan decks, flowcharts, and specification sheets.
- Coordinate with the Media Operations team to input data into media buying platforms for billing, budget management, and external contracts.
- Generate media contracts within internal buying platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with external vendors.
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure billing reconciliation and address discrepancies.
- Conduct strategic consumer analysis and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing on a weekly basis.
- Manage campaign flowcharts and presentation decks efficiently.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
