We are in search of a highly efficient and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to join our expanding real estate and investment firm. This pivotal role will provide essential support through a variety of administrative responsibilities, social media management, deal coordination, and marketing assistance. If you are a detail-oriented and self-driven professional with a keen interest in real estate and marketing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Interact with followers, address comments/messages, and help enhance our online brand visibility.
  • Assist in content development, email marketing campaigns, and related marketing initiatives.
  • Review and respond to job applications in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with prospective candidates.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between team members and job applicants.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with real estate partners, wholesalers, and agents.
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate transactions.
  • Aid in property offer submissions and negotiation processes.
  • Monitor deal progress to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Oversee email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain and manage digital files and documentation with precision.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or executive assistance is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management along with basic marketing principles.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and effective time management skills.
  • Technologically adept, with familiarity in using CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
