Job Overview
As a vital member of our Global Strategic Deals & Client Success team, you will spearhead initiatives to identify, structure, and support multi-regional opportunities. Collaborating with various teams, you will help drive partnerships and foster growth in the Large and Middle Market (LMM) segment, contributing significantly to our expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior liaison within the Global Strategic Deals and Client Success team, collaborating closely with Product, Enablers, and Account Executives/Sales coverage.
- Partner with sales teams to enhance business development initiatives, sales strategies, deal structuring, approvals, and negotiations.
- Coordinate commercial strategies across regional teams, streamlining deal strategies with local markets and functional groups.
- Optimize deal outcomes through innovative structuring while managing the strategic deal pipeline to enhance sales velocity and minimize revenue realization time.
- Collaborate with the global head of strategic deals and treasury to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for LMM and relevant industry verticals.
- Identify, structure, support, and execute multi-region opportunities focused on working capital and balance sheet optimization.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in industry verticals, emerging use-cases, and strategic embedded finance.
- Facilitate the multi-region delivery of strategic deals through a cohesive and synchronized approach.
- Implement embedded finance strategies through partnerships that expand B2B use-cases.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Treasurers and CFOs to elevate our solutions.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Product, Sales, and Account Management teams to provide valuable client solutions across the B2B commerce value chain.
- Provide strategic and operational support to executive leadership as necessary.
- Extensive experience in payments or financial services, with 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to manage client negotiations, implement business processes, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid analytical abilities and experience in developing business cases.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crafting and executing successful business growth strategies.
- A minimum of 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10 years of experience with an advanced degree, or 5 years of experience with a PhD.
- Preferred: At least 15 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years with an advanced degree.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Payments Ecosystem and both domestic and cross-border money movement.

Compensation And Benefits
- Estimated salary range: \(163,500 to \)296,700 per year, inclusive of potential sales incentives.
- This role may also qualify for bonuses and equity.
