Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email regarding our Advisor Web Portal.
- Effectively engage with clients to convey the features and advantages of our technology platform.
- Lead onboarding processes for new advisors, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct technology demonstrations and training sessions, both virtually and in person.
- Participate in company events to engage with clients, showcase our services, and assist with logistics (minimal travel expected, approximately 1-2 weeks annually).
- Analyze fee and investment reports, interpreting the data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed.
