We seek a dedicated individual eager to provide exceptional service in a remote capacity, primarily supporting our retirement plan advisor clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inbound inquiries via phone and email concerning our proprietary Advisor Web Portal.
- Effectively engage with clients (financial advisors) to articulate the features and advantages of the Advisor Portal.
- Oversee onboarding processes and implementations for new advisors, acting as their main point of contact.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person demonstrations and training sessions on novel technology features.
- Participate in company events to engage with clients, perform demos, and assist with event logistics (expected minimal travel of about 1-2 weeks annually).
- Generate and analyze fee and investment reports, interpreting outcomes and offering recommendations.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to foster relationships and earn client trust.
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with clients, colleagues, senior management, and vendors.
- Proficient organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail and a focus on prompt and accurate follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of pertinent experience within the financial services or retirement/investment planning industry.
- Familiarity with applicable technology, including our client web portal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to proper grammar.
