Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced property managers to effectively manage and enhance property portfolios.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both investors and residents, promptly addressing inquiries via phone and email.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring thorough and timely responses.
- Investigate and resolve investor questions, digging deep to address concerns effectively.
- Coordinate and track tasks with internal teams, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide coverage for property portfolios during colleagues’ absences.
- Support property managers by managing administrative tasks and clearing task queues.
- Maintain up-to-date property and rental information, working with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with investors, residents, and team members.
- Undertake various ad-hoc projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.
- Active Indiana Real Estate License is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a relevant field.
