Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, focusing primarily on large loan financing, including the drafting and negotiation of loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive title examinations and survey analyses to identify potential risks in real estate properties, providing strategic counsel based on your assessments.
