- Candidates with experience in Federal labor and employment law are encouraged to apply.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and an active member in good standing of the bar in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
- Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
