- Deliver expert legal advice on trust and estate planning, emphasizing tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
- Counsel clients on estate and income taxation, succession planning, lifetime gifting, and charitable contributions.
- Collaborate with high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and tax-exempt entities to formulate and execute comprehensive estate plans.
- Engage with other legal disciplines (corporate, real estate, employment, litigation) to provide integrated, holistic legal solutions.
- Remain informed on the latest developments in state and federal tax laws affecting estate planning.
- In-depth knowledge of tax legislation, estate planning, and succession strategies.
- Exceptional legal drafting, analysis, and client service capabilities.
- Proven ability to operate independently and synergistically within a team.
- Minimum of four years of experience focusing on private client matters, specifically in Trusts & Estates.
