Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range of \(60,000-\)75,000/year (commensurate with experience)

- Manage cases involving real estate litigation, business litigation, condominium and HOA disputes, municipal ordinance violations, and landlord/tenant issues.
- Oversee pleading and discovery matters, as well as motions practice.
- Prepare for and attend depositions.
- Represent clients in court for contested and uncontested matters, including motion hearings and trials.
- Excellent research and writing skills essential for a motions-heavy practice.
- Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
- Proven expertise in managing and resolving legal disputes through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial.
- Capability to develop case-specific legal strategies to best advocate for clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general civil litigation (preferred).
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
