Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse array of Estate Administration matters
- Address disputes concerning the validity of wills, trusts, and beneficiary disagreements
- Conduct thorough legal research on estate and tax regulations
- Serve as a liaison among executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
- Assist with estate tax filings and provide strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia (Maryland or Washington, D.C. is beneficial)
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Estate Administration
- Proficient legal research capabilities, particularly in estate and tax laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage disputes and facilitate effective estate administration
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Virginia
