Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide a remote team of booking agents and quality control administrators who are accountable for the coordination, scheduling, and evaluation of inspections.
- Guarantee that booking targets are achieved and inspections are performed punctually, in line with client standards.
- Design and implement training materials for inspectors that cover various aspects of the inspection process, including the use of templates, professional conduct, and logistics.
- Review and authorize inspection invoices, collaborating with the finance team to ensure precise client billing.
- Articulate client requirements effectively to motivate the team and address daily inspection-related challenges.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, streamline processes, and create inspection templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Aim for exceptional client satisfaction through superior service, transparent communication, and effective expectation management.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in managing high-volume bookings.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build and inspire teams towards achieving excellence.
- Experience in managing a remote team or collaborating with remote colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset with the capacity to navigate complex client situations efficiently while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
