Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections on projects to assure adherence to plans and specifications
- Validate quantities of completed work for billing purposes
- Generate thorough daily inspection reports
- Monitor additional work and account for any variations
- Assess materials received at the job site for compliance with project specifications
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail coupled with critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse environments
- ACI Field Certification (Required)
- ATTI Field Certification (Required)
- Experience in sampling and testing construction materials on-site
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work on remote projects
- Preferred Certifications: ATSSA Traffic Control Technician, ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor, Erosion Control Coordinator (SWPPP)
